Welcome to 3rd Grade!

Welcome to 3rd grade!  I am so excited to have you in my class!  You will love all of the exciting experiences that await you in room 19. I hope you are having a fun summer and are looking forward to a new year!

I can’t wait to learn all about you and have you get to know me! I have been spending a lot of time with my family this summer. We’ve enjoyed lots of fresh air. My favorite outdoor activities are swimming, playing mini golf and flying kites. I also love reading, playing board games and hearing jokes! What have you been reading? Do you have any jokes to tell me when school starts?

Enjoy your last days of vacation!  I’ll see you on Wednesday, August 31 for our first day!  Remember to bring your (fully charged) Chromebook and an independent reading book. You can also bring a snack, lunch (if you don’t want a lunch from the cafeteria) and a water bottle. Also, don’t forget to wear a smile to share with your new friends in room 19!
