Welcome to Preschool!
My name is Amy Landino. I live here in town with my husband-Rick, two daughters- Chloe and Sarah and two dogs-George and Lucy. I love reading, gardening, spending time with my family and relaxing at the beach in Rhode Island.
I have been in the education field for 16 years and I'm entering my 14th year as a certified teacher. I began as a special education paraprofessional while in college and have worn a few different hats since then. My professional roles have included classroom teacher, special education teacher, and developmental therapist. I have experience teaching in birth to three, preschool, kindergarten and first grade and I have worked directly with young children and their families in both the public schools and home/community settings.
My experience over the years has afforded me many opportunities to work as part of team with school staff and families and I value brainstorming and problem solving to meet the needs of each child. I take pride in being a part of your child's first school experiences and I truly believe that each child has unlimited potential to succeed.
